1) Soft, shiny and straight hair: Many people do not know, that yogurt is a natural hair conditioner. If you apply curd on your hair, it will become very soft and bright. Mix half a cup of yogurt and two teaspoons of honey. Then apply this mixture to your hair after 20 minutes wash with cold water the lactic acid present in the curd will make the hair soft, bright and straight.
If your hair is too rough, then mix yogurt with honey and three teaspoons of olive oil.
Those who do not have honey or olive oil at home, they can apply yogurt.
2 ) Removes dandruff: In summer, sweat gets accumulated in our hair, due to this hair becomes very dirty. Many people have a lot of problems due to this. To get rid of this problem take a handful of neem leaves (neem powder can be used if available). Take the neem leaf and grind well add half a cup yogurt to kit mix them well add baking soda one spoon in this mixture. Then massage the hair keep 20-30 minutes wash the hair with mild shampoo and conditioner. You can understand the difference once do this. But this hair packs should be used at least once a week to get a free and straight hair.
In addition to the above hair pack, mix black pepper powder with yogurt. Use this mixture twice a week.
3) Hair bounce and volume: During summer due to heat, hair becomes sweaty and sticky as a result, both the bounce and the volume of the hair is lost. Yogurt is very beneficial in this case, add half a cup of curd, an egg, 3 teaspoons of fenugreek powder and half lemon juice and mix it well. Wash the hair with herbal shampoo and conditioner for 15 minutes.
Apart from summer, those who have less volume of hair can use this hair pack throughout the year.
4) Stops hair loss: There is no pair of yogurt to stop hair fall, add half a cup of yogurt and four large spoons of pea flour mix it well and apply it on the hair. However, if you have rough hair, mix two tablespoons of olive oil.
Also, you can use fenugreek powder instead of pea flour.
